The Friends is a non-profit organization which supports the Public Library system in Braintree through volunteer service and cultural and educational activities. The Friends give financial assistance to fund the continuing improvement of Library facilities and programs and serves as a conduit through which gifts and memorials go directly to your Library.

You can help raise funds for The Friends of Thayer Public Library just by using your Shaw's rewards card.  Learn more about the Shaw's receipt program.

Membership in The Friends is open to all.
